A stand dedicated all'antispecismo and veg choice can not miss when it comes to animal rights!
The World Animal Day is celebrated around the world with events and themed events. The mass actions have always been an important vehicle for facilitating the participation of ordinary people in the struggles for social justice. The mission of the World Animal Day is to improve the legal status of animals in order to increase the welfare standards and quality of life around the world. And even MujaVeg, now for a year and a half committed to structure the local regulations in order to respect animals, could not miss. In particular MujaVeg requested and continues to promote the legislation providing:
- circuses without animals
- a containment not gory of otters
- plant nutrition as possible in schools
Locally, the event is organized by “Trieste Animal Day” and it is now in its third edition in a whole new location: The three room of the pier IV. The main event will be held Sunday, October 1, where the 9.00 all 21.00, and the day 4 October (World Animal Day) in Piazza San Giacomo from 15.30 all 18.00. MujaVeg also organize two mini conferences on October 1 in the three hall of the pier IV: at 12.30 “The plant nutrition is good?” Cristian Bacci and speaker at 13.00 “Data and reasoning about the different food choices” speaker Emanuele Romano.
