L’ MujaVeg Association is pleased to introduce you “Kriss's blog”.

This blog was born to make known how good they can be, the recipes without ingredients of animal origin are colorful and tasty. In this corner, our self-production expert - Kriss - will also range on personal hygiene products, as body creams, or play dough for children, and much more, all always without twisting a hair or a feather to any animal.
The vegan choice implies exclusion, as far as possible and practicable, of all forms of exploitation and cruelty to animals, for food purposes, as for any other purpose. Deciding to become vegan is an ethical and political choice for a better world where justice and respect have no species barriers, a concrete and immediate help to billions of animals that die or suffer every year for our choices.
Taking this path is a real cultural change and can also affect your habits. It is not a walk in the park for everyone,  nevertheless be inspired by those who are living this experience, like Kriss, can be of great help. The surprises Kriss has in store for us are all meatless, fish, milk / dairy products, eggs and honey.
We make the vegan choice to respect animals, but we assure you that a well balanced diet is also healthy and can help you keep fit and reduce the risk of many diseases.
The blog will allow people to discover that vegan cuisine is not just about pasta with tomato sauce, salads or grilled vegetables but can vary to recreate traditional dishes respecting this choice.
