Ingredients (per 2/3 portions)
100 ml soy milk
1/4 lemon juice
2 teaspoons of mustard
2 pinches of salt
140 about ml of corn oil

Procedure
Take a tall, narrow container.
Insert the milk, lemon juice, mustard and salt.
With an immersion blender start mixing by adding l’ a little drizzle oil’ at a time and then continuing for a few more minutes until you get it’ a creamy mixture.
Put the mayonnaise in the fridge, in this way it will become nice and firm.
You can spice it with garlic and dill or with your favorite herbs.
