Ingredients (per 6 portions)
250 gr. of parboiled rice
6 my golden
2 onions red
150 ml of water
EVO oil as needed
Salt up to taste.
Pepe (optional)

Procedure
Peel and cut the onions.
Put a thread d’ oil on a saucepan, heat and brown the onion until soft.
Add the apples, peeled and cut into not too small pieces.
Season with salt and pepper if necessary, brown everything for 2 minutes, add l’ water and cook with the lid on for others 3 minutes on a not too high heat.
Then with the pot uncovered and the heat higher, allow the excess water to be consumed.
Let the apples rest in the pot with the lid on and serve warm.
