Ingredients (per 4 portions)
12 tablespoons of flour coconut
6 spoons of cacao amaro
6 spoons of sugar of your choice
160/250 ml c.a. soya milk
1 rum flavoring or a spoonful of rum or liqueur or coffee
Flour of coconut to garnish

Difficulty: easy
Procedure
In a bowl, beat the coconut with the cocoa, sugar, the rum and add the soy milk until the mixture is malleable but not too dry.
If necessary, add more soy milk.
Shape into balls of the desired size and pass them in the coconut flour.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
As a variant it is possible at the end to pass the cocchini in bitter cocoa or in chopped hazelnuts.
