Ingredients (per 4/5 people)

160 ml of cooking water for chickpeas called faba water

160 gr. Brown sugar

1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Natural vanilla aroma (1 teaspoon)

Procedure

Mount the’ faba water with a whisk for 4/ 6 minutes .

Add the sugar but if you want, you can make it icing first. Beat others 3/5 minutes . Finally add the vanilla .

With a pastry bag create small piles (circa 18/20) on a baking sheet with parchment paper.

They can be served like this or dipped in chocolate or even used to decorate a cake .
